Our studios make up the majority of our rooms in the "double room" category, cozy 30m² with balcony, separate bathroom and toilet, sofa bed - this can also be used as an extra bed for two children, but of course also as a room for single occupancy. Some units have connecting doors. The rooms face south, the balcony offers you a wonderful view of our park and the fish ponds and you can also see the lake from the side. All rooms in this category have wooden floors and, above all, comfortable beds. Our rooms are non-smoking rooms - each floor has its own north-facing "smoking lounges"
