Senior partner Christl Kreuzer keeps an overview here and of course knows the house inside and out, right down to the roof. “Don’t despair, ask Kreuzer” is her favorite motto. Josef "Pepi" Kreuzer - what makes him and what he has done we will not be able to summarize here in these few words, many of them dear guests have been allowed to accompany the life and work of Pepi Kreuzer. The many memories and stories that he likes to share with you are wonderful and the many conversations that he likes to have with you. Even if he now he lives a little more quiet, meet him every day in the hotel. Josef Kreuzer came here at the age of 46 to Tristachersee and saw what you can experience today. His many visions, many small steps, many construction phases and, above all, a lot of passion in the "guest" have shaped the "small paradise" here and steered it in the right direction. Almost 40 years later, his love for this place and its guests is unbroken and many visions and projects are still accompanying him. His motto "persistence leads to the goal" - yes that is more than true.

Marie Theres grew up here, knows all facets of the hotel life and has always used all opportunities to train and further educate as best as possible. After the higher school for tourism in Villach and the associated internships at home and abroad, many years came in their own company, then the Arlberg and the Ötztal, French Switzerland and Italy. For another 8 years in three well-known Viennese ring road hotels and then in 2016 back to the park hotel, training as a diploma sommelieriere, etc. A host who professionally but with a lot of creativity and heart and many ideas and always according to the motto "hospitality consists of giving the best of oneself to the guest "

Wayne originally comes from Germany, where he also trained as a hotel merchant and made Vienna his second home at the age of 18 to start his career in a large Vienna Ringstrasse hotel. After many years at the front office, in sales & marketing, in the convention and event area and after getting to know Marie Theres in Vienna, his path first led him to Kitzbühel and then finally to Tristachersee :) Good thing - he brings a lot of knowledge and many new ideas, on top he makes great cocktail and takes on all the challenges. His motto is "let´s do it" and so it is done.
