You can park directly at the hotel, unfortunately we do not have covered parking spaces

We do not have permanently installed minibars in the room.
If you would like to cool your drinks, you are welcome to do so with us - or we can bring a flexible fridge to your room.
Our refreshment fridge is available in the wellness area in summer, where you can take your drinks yourself.
You can drink the best spring water straight from the tap throughout the hotel and in your room.

The majority of our rooms have shower/bathtubs.
However, we also have a small number of rooms with showers.

We grant discounts for children from the second adult in the room as follows:
- Up to 3 years free of charge
- 4-10 years 50,00 Euro per day
- 10-15 years 75,00 Euro per day
- From 15 years 30% reduction on the price
If children occupy their own room, then unfortunately no discount can be granted.

Groups are only possible on a small scale, very limited and only in a few time periods. Please send us your individual enquiry.

We do not have any designated event rooms - smaller seminars may be possible in the quieter months (May/October) - please enquire individually.

Our large breakfast buffet with many East Tyrolean products,
small treats in the afternoon

What are the kitchen hours of the à la carte restaurant?

Our à la carte restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 13:45 (last order) and from 18:30 to 20:00 (last order).
If you would like to eat à la carte during your stay, this is possible at any time.
In the afternoon between 14:00 and 16:30 you can choose from our smaller afternoon menu, in summer we are also happy to serve food in the park or lounge area.

Our guests like to dress casual, smart casual or smart chic.
Please refrain from wearing muscle shirts for men.
You are welcome to eat in your bathrobe in our hotel lobby or in our garden area during the summer.

Breakfast for external guests is possible by prior arrangement, but unfortunately not always available depending on the occupancy of the hotel. The price is 26.00 euros per person.

In Lienz the Zettersfeld and the Hochstein.
