Yes, in winter the bus runs every hour to the Lienz ski resorts, and in summer into the town.
We are happy to collect guests from the station.

Yes, there is a safe in the room.
There are no permanently installed minibars in the rooms; however, we are happy to provide a place to keep medicines cool or bring a portable fridge to your room. In the wellness area, a fridge stocked with refreshments is available in summer, and throughout the hotel and in your room, you can drink excellent spring water straight from the tap.
Most of the rooms have a shower and bath, although there are also a small number of rooms with showers only.
Yes, we offer discounts for children from the second adult in the room onwards. Children under 3 stay free of charge, children aged 4 to 10 pay €50.00 per day, children aged 10 to 15 pay €75.00 per day, and those aged 15 and over receive a 30% discount on the price. Unfortunately, no discount can be offered if children are staying in their own room.
For rooms suitable for guests with disabilities or with accessible facilities, a personal enquiry is required so that specific requirements can be clarified in advance.
Yes, dogs are allowed at the Parkhotel Tristachersee for €15.00 per dog per day, however, they are not permitted in the restaurant in the mornings or evenings, though they are allowed at the bar.
Group bookings are only possible on a small scale, are very limited, and are only available during certain periods; therefore, an individual enquiry is required.
There are no designated function rooms, smaller seminars may be possible during the quieter months of May and October and can be arranged on an individual basis.
Half-board includes a generous breakfast buffet featuring a wide range of East Tyrolean specialities, afternoon snacks, a daily changing evening menu with plenty of highlights, and a gala dinner on Sunday evening.
The à la carte restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 13:45 and from 18:30 to 20:00 (last orders), À la carte dining is available at any time during your stay, and in the afternoon from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm there is a smaller afternoon menu to choose from, with dishes also served in the park or lounge area during the summer.
In the restaurant, guests tend to dress casually, smart-casually or smart-chic; men are asked not to wear vest tops, and guests are welcome to eat in their bathrobes in the hotel lobby or, in summer, in the garden area.
Breakfast is available for external guests by prior arrangement; however, depending on the hotel’s occupancy, it may not always be available and costs €26.00 per person.

Yes, there is a vegetarian option available every day, but the choice of vegan dishes is very limited.
The pool is around 29 degrees in summer and the lake reaches up to 25 degrees.

Yes, the spa can also be used before check-in or after check-out.
Yes, there are bathrobes for children.
Yes, dogs are welcome in the garden as long as they behave themselves and don’t bark.
Yes, there is a parking area for e-bikes with a charging point.
Yes, e-bikes can be hired through a partner in Lienz.
The golf course is about a 15-minute drive away by car.
Yes, rowing boats and stand-up paddleboards are available for free use; the only restriction is that you are not permitted to paddle onto the public bathing beach at the other end of the lake.
As a start-up business, guests receive a 30% discount on the daily green fee.
The Zettersfeld and Hochstein ski areas in Lienz, as well as the Großglockner Resort in Matrei and the mountain railways in St. Jakob, Sillian and Obertilliach, are all located in the vicinity of the hotel and can be reached in a short drive.
Children up to the age of 18 receive a 50% discount on the standard ski pass price.
Yes, there is a ski hire shop and a ski school, the Lienzer Dolomiten Ski School and Joachim’s Ski Shop.
Yes, we issue ski passes directly at the hotel.
