CBD (cannabidiol) oil has many positive effects on health and comes from the flower and leaf extract of the hemp plant. In contrast to THC-containing hemp, the oils do not trigger any psychoactive or intoxicating effects and are freely available without a prescription.
The composition of CBD, cocoa and shea butter and others (kba) nourishes and cares for the skin, is dedicated to its natural elasticity and can help to reduce redness caused by stress or inflammation.

Thai foot massage with leg treatment

This unique leg and foot massage is performed with a nourishing mixture of creams and oils on the sole of the foot and the leg up to the knee. The stimulation is carried out with thumb pressure and a wooden stick to stimulate blood circulation and lymph flow throughout the body.
Possible energetic blockages are released reflexively in the corresponding areas of the body. A wonderfully decongesting, relieving wrapping technique sets the self-healing process in motion, as well as regeneration and the return of strength.
Legs that have to stand for long periods, have been on long mountain hikes or need to remain strong under everyday challenges will feel just as good as any foot or leg that may want to get rid of swelling and everyday pain.

The Dorn method is a gentle technique that is excellent for disc problems, leg length discrepancies, pelvic misalignment and most joint blockages. It is not chiropractic!
Trigger points are also used to loosen muscles as required. The Breuss massage is performed with St. John's wort or arnica oil specifically for the intervertebral discs and vertebral bodies using slow movements. The counterpart of the Dorn method supports stress reduction, a slight stretching of the spine and has a calming effect on the peripheral nervous system.
