Small studio with balcony

Small but nice and even with a balcony - a comfortable bed awaits you on 25m², and the room is an ideal size if you don't need that much space. Some of these rooms have a direct lake view and shower, or a balcony with a park view and a bathtub. All units have wooden floors and comfortable beds. Our rooms are non-smoking rooms - each floor has its own north-facing "smoking lounges"
