Gourmet half board

In the morning we are waiting for you with our extensive breakfast buffet, which contains a muesli corner with plenty of fresh seasonal fruit and fruit salad, cereals, dried fruit, yoghurts with forest berries or freshly ground grains (spelt, oats, wheat).

 

Further a richly assorted tea bar, where you can brew a different rich-tasting tea every morning. Fresh juices and the best syrups can be diluted with some of the ever-flowing water of our fountain from the “Maximilian” spring. A vegetable press for your daily vitamin needs stands ready. In addition, you will find freshly-made curd cheese (Topfen), softly-boiled or scrambled organic eggs, crispy fried bacon and ham, as well as, of course, finely cut East Tyrolean farm bacon, ham, salami and local varieties of soft and sliced cheese with our various wonderful smelling breads and pastries.

 

After you have fortified yourself for an eventful sporting day, let us welcome you back for a delicious evening meal.

 

We serve you a daily 4-course gourmet menu with a cold starter, a fine consommé or cream soup, freshly caught fish from our spring ponds (carp, alpine salmon, brook trout, char) or meat, game or poultry dishes, each with a selection of deliciously prepared accompaniments.

 

And then follows a sweet dream from our dessert kitchen.

Every 14 days we surprise you with the following buffets:

 

 

Every Monday and Wednesday: salad buffet

Tuesday: fish buffet or prosciutto buffet

Thursday: Italian pasta buffet or warm starters

Friday: dessert or strudel buffet

Saturday: Cheese buffet

 

Sunday: aperitif reception, followed by 6-course gala dinner
